Registration fee includes coffee breaks and lunches during the symposium, as well as the abstract book and a conference bag. In addition, attendance to workshops from industry is included.
Payment of registration will be communicated via the confirmation email. If desired, an invoice can be generated upon request.
Participants are invited to register for the social event: € 80 per person.
Upon registration, you can also become a member of the Belgian Society of Tissue Engineering. Membership is free.
If the conference participant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:
- Registrations cancelled 60 days before the event date will be refunded 80% of the registration fees
- Registrations cancelled less than 60 days, but more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees
- Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be made bank transfer to the payee nominated account.
In case the COVID-19 restrictions prevent the symposium from being organized, you will be properly refunded.
